Water Usage

High water consumption continues to be a problem in our community and adds to the cost of our dues. Please check your toilets, sinks and hot water heaters for leaks and make repairs as need.
Trash Reminder
Please be reminded that trash pick-up days are Mondays and Thursdays with recycling pick-up on Thursdays. Trashcans are to be placed at the curb the night before pick-up (no earlier than 6:00 p.m.) and brought back to your unit the day of trash pick-up. Please ensure that all trash is securely placed in the appropriate container so it will not blow around the neighborhood.
If you have any large items or appliances, please be sure you contact American Disposal to ensure that your items are picked up. Some items may require a special pickup. Please be sure to call them at (703) 368-0500 before placing large items on the curb for collection.
Make "Trash Day" a little easier. If your trash can is in disrepair, you can now call the trash company (American) at (703) 368-0500. Upon calling, you will be directed as to when you should place your can at the curb for repair or replacement.
Following these requirments helps keep our community a pleasant place to live. We would like to thank all residents for following these guidelines. Let’s work together as a community to make Jackson Ridge a place we’re all proud to call home!
Termites
Jackson Ridge has a contract with Walker’s Pest control to inspect and treat for termites within the community. If you believe that your unit may have termites, please contact Management so that we can have the contractor come out.
As a homeowner, you can help prevent infestations by ensuring that no wood or wood debris is stored around your unit and eliminating all standing water.
